Welcome to Biliping. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://biliping.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation, security, or use by others.
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site, introduce harmful code, misuse its content, or interfere with its functionality are prohibited.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, colors, images, and other information accurately.
Colors and details may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, materials, and the production process.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s appearance, quality, or intended use are not considered defects.
If a material error is identified in a product listing or order, we may correct the information and contact you before proceeding.
3. Product Availability
Products and product options may be changed, limited, or discontinued without prior notice.
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it or guarantee availability.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance.
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully authorized and the order enters processing.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Product or delivery unavailability
- An incomplete or undeliverable address
- Violation of these Terms
- Unusually large quantities suggesting unauthorized resale
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site or at checkout.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may be updated before an order is placed. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.
Any taxes, duties, or other charges collected at checkout will be shown before the order is submitted. Additional charges imposed by local authorities may apply where they are not collected at checkout.
6. Production Model
Biliping products are produced individually after an order is placed rather than held as mass-stocked inventory.
Minor variations in print placement, color, texture, or finish may occur as part of the production process. These variations must remain within reasonable production standards and do not remove any rights that apply when a product is faulty, damaged, or materially different from its description.
Once production has begun, order changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is currently available within the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates. Delivery may be affected by public holidays, seasonal demand, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Tracking information will be provided when available. A carrier delivery scan may be considered evidence of delivery, but delivery-related concerns will be reviewed based on the circumstances and available tracking information.

8. Returns, Claims, and Refunds
Returns, claims, replacements, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and the consumer laws that apply to the order.
Made-to-order production does not limit claims involving verified damage, defects, fulfillment errors, or products that are materially different from their description.
We may request photographs, order details, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence needed to review a claim.
Refunds or replacements are not automatically available for issues caused by:
- Selecting the wrong size
- Personal preference regarding fit, style, or color
- Incorrect information entered at checkout
- Damage caused after delivery
- Misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alteration of the product
This section does not prevent a customer from exercising rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping, billing, and contact information
- Reviewing product descriptions and size guides before ordering
- Monitoring tracking information after dispatch
- Following applicable product care instructions
- Contacting us promptly after identifying an order or delivery issue
Biliping is not responsible for problems caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we reasonably believe are inaccurate, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the order records.
Evidence provided in a chargeback response may include payment authorization, order details, production records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, policy acceptance, and customer communication.
Nothing in this section removes any chargeback or payment-dispute rights provided by the customer’s payment provider or applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including Biliping names, logos, product designs, graphics, photographs, text, page layouts, and other original material, is owned by or licensed to Biliping.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any design or intellectual-property rights.
12. Prohibited Resale and Commercial Use
Biliping products are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not reproduce Biliping designs, use product images for unauthorized commercial purposes, or present Biliping products or content as your own.
We may limit or cancel orders that reasonably appear to involve unauthorized resale, copying, or other misuse of our intellectual property.
13. Third-Party Services
The Site may use third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, fulfillment, shipping, and other functions.
These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Biliping is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biliping will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.
Where liability can legally be limited, Biliping’s total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including responsibility relating to fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.
15. Events Outside Our Control
Biliping will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, customs delays, labor disruptions, carrier interruptions, technical outages, or failures within third-party production and transportation networks.
We will take reasonable steps to communicate significant issues and determine the appropriate next step based on the circumstances.
16. Changes to the Site or Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site or its services when reasonably necessary.
Where possible, changes affecting an accepted order will be communicated to the customer and will not materially reduce what was agreed at the time of purchase without an appropriate resolution.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will apply from the date they are published and will not retroactively change the terms governing an order that was already accepted, unless the change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and transactions made through the Site are governed by the laws applicable to Biliping’s business operations in Montenegro.
This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
Disputes should first be submitted to Biliping so that both parties have an opportunity to seek a reasonable resolution.
